Brandon Adkisson

Mr. Brandon Adkisson is an attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law, joining the firm’s San Antonio office in 2020.

Mr. Brandon Adkisson graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Boston College of Law after gaining a Bachelor’s of Science in bioenvironmental science from Texas A&M University.

Before joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Adkisson developed a rich history in bioenvironmental science studies. Throughout his university years, he dedicated extensive time to scientific research concerning environmental policies and problems, participating in academic extracurriculars, and engaging with rigorous coursework all the while maintaining a high GPA.

Mr. Adkisson has a history with Thomas J. Henry Law, first interning with the firm as an undergraduate then returning to participate in Thomas J. Henry Law’s highly-competitive Summer Associate Program. Upon completing law school, Mr. Adkisson was offered a permanent position with the firm.

As an attorney, Mr. Adkisson now focuses his practice on representing injured clients in a variety of personal injury matters. According to Mr. Adkisson, he chose to go into personal injury initially because it ran in the family, but he has stuck with it because it’s an exciting challenge that allows him to help people at the same time.

• One of the most important cases that Mr. Adkisson has worked on since his time at Thomas J. Henry Law was a catastrophic accident involving an 18-wheeler in Nueces County. In 2016, a man was travelling on the highway to visit his family in Mexico when a large truck pulled out in front of him, ripping off the top of the man’s truck and causing severe, life-altering injuries. The man suffered from significant injuries, including broken bones and brain injuries that would affect the man for the rest of his life. The father of three’s family contacted Thomas J.
