Born in Illinois and raised in Edinburg, Texas, Daniel Gutierrez Jr. has called San Antonio home for the past several years. He is known for being hardworking, detail-oriented, and compassionate—qualities that guide his approach to every client matter.
Daniel was inspired to become an attorney because of his deep appreciation for the analytical side of the law and his passion for helping others. He takes pride in standing up for people who need a strong advocate on their side and enjoys the intellectual challenge of interpreting and applying the law to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Before becoming an attorney, Daniel gained more than two years of hands-on experience as a law clerk for a real estate attorney, where he drafted deeds, foreclosure notices, eviction petitions, quiet title pleadings, and transactional documents. He also conducted in-depth legal research involving the Texas Property Code, Estates Code, and Family Code, and assisted with trail preparation, title review, client communication, and settlement negotiations. His experience includes assisting in the preparation of a legal brief submitted of the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio.
Outside the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring the Texas Hill Country, and pursuing his interests in real estate investing and long-term property development.
