Ms. Diana Angelica Crawford is an experienced personal injury attorney. Ms. Crawford earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence with a certificate in Civil Litigation from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. While in law school, Ms. Crawford worked diligently to assist individuals who were most in need and was inducted at the highest level to the pro bono society for work.
Since acquiring her J.D., Ms. Crawford has practiced in multiple areas of law, including social security disability, special education, and personal injury. Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Crawford worked at Disability Rights Texas as a Bower’s special education attorney where she provided excellent case services to her clients and did extensive outreach to the underserved communities in and around El Paso. She presented at local and state-level conferences; served as a panelist in a state-wide panel addressing the topic of the school-to-prison pipeline; and utilized her bilingual skills to represent and advocate for the rights of individuals whose native language was Spanish. Ms. Crawford created numerous bilingual videos educating individuals with disabilities and their families about their rights; her work included partnering with Texas Council for DD, Partners Resource Network, Region 19 Education Service Center, The Autism Society of El Paso, and the Arc of El Paso to name a few.
Ms. Crawford has experience advocating for the rights of individuals who have been injured by a third-party, individuals experiencing disability, individuals who are experiencing discrimination, and beyond. She has experience appearing before administrative law judges and hearing offices; further, she has experience negotiating and mediating resolutions for the benefit of her clients. Ms. Crawford’s experience further extends to legal research, medical record review and summarization, and legal writing.
As an associate litigation attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Crawford now diligently represents clients involved in various Personal Injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability accidents, and motorcycle accidents.
Outside of work Ms. Crawford enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new places. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes two dogs named Holly and Candy.
