Mr. George C. Gaskell is an accomplished trial attorney with over 25 years of litigation experience.
Mr. Gaskell is a fierce advocate for his clients and has an extensive record of achieving substantial results in multi-million-dollar cases. Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Gaskell represented hundreds of individuals and businesses involved in personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort cases. He has also represented clients in appellate court and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
A fifth-generation native of San Antonio, Mr. Gaskell graduated from Keystone High School and received a degree in History from The University of Texas at Austin. He received his Juris Doctor with honors from Tulane Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review and received awards for earning the highest grades in Civil Procedure and Constitutional law. During his third year of law school, Mr. Gaskell served as a law clerk to the Honorable Henry A. Mentz of the U.S. District Court in New Orleans.
Mr. Gaskell represents injured clients from the firm’s Austin office, including auto and trucking collisions.
Outside of work, Mr. Gaskell spends time restoring classic cars and tending to a stable of horses.
