Kaitlin Littleberry
Attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law’s San Antonio Office

Ms. Kaitlin Littleberry was born in Templeton, California, but grew up moving around the state of California to Monroe, Louisiana until high school when her family settled in Bakersfield, California. She attended Jackson State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Originally drawn to environmental justice, she discovered that her true passion lies in leveraging her skills in writing, research, and public speaking to help others in a more direct way. While she moved away from policy work, she realized that becoming a lawyer would allow her to combine her strengths and make a meaningful impact, all while advocating for those in need. Within her practice, she aims to be resourceful for her clients.

Prior to joining the Thomas J. Henry Law office in San Antonio, she worked as a legal intern for a solo practitioner where she dealt with collections. She drafted original petitions and supporting court documents, post-judgment documents, demand letters, and other correspondence to defaulting debtors of her supervising attorney’s clients.

Ms. Littleberry was also a student attorney at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she worked with indigent clients, primarily for custody disputes and divorces. As a student attorney, she also drafted original petitions, waivers of service, IOLTA statements, and prospective divorce decrees.

While attending Thurgood Marshall School of Law, she tutored for Torts I and II from 2022-2024. During this time, Ms. Littleberry taught Street Law to high school seniors at Jack Yates High School for a semester. She also tutored students from Blackburn Middle School in Jackson, Mississippi from 2017-2020.

Outside of work, she enjoys serving at church events, singing, interior design, and reading books about health such as fitness, homeopathic remedies, and women-specific health.
