Kenny Garcia is a San Antonio native and passionate personal injury attorney dedicated to fighting for the rights of those injured due to the negligence of others. With a strong foundation in law and business, Kenny brings a unique perspective to every case.
In addition to being a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, Kenny also obtained his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, and MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Kenny honed his advocacy skills as a member of St. Mary’s nationally renowned advocacy program. During his law school tenure, he also enriched his legal education by studying abroad at the esteemed St. Andrews University in St. Andrews, Scotland. His competitive spirit was further sharpened as a member of the National Trial Team, where he achieved the status of a national finalist in the ABA Arbitration Competition in 2024 among other recognitions such as receiving the Litigation and Advocacy Award at St. Mary’s.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys, Kenny gained invaluable experience working in insurance defense, providing him with a deep understanding of the tactics used by insurance companies. This firsthand knowledge equips him to effectively counter their strategies and advocate for his clients’ best interests.
Kenny’s commitment to his clients is matched only by his love for his hometown. A diehard San Antonio Spurs and Fightin’ Texas Aggie fan, he enjoys spending his free time watching and playing sports and cherishing moments with his young daughter.
