Children Sustain Life-Threatening Injuries

According to the Austin American-Statesman, the two children were ejected from the same vehicle after a pick-up and four-door car crashed on Lamar Boulevard just south of Rundberg Lane.

Paramedics said the two children were transported via ambulance to Dell Children’s medical Center with potentially life-threatening injuries. The ages of the children have not been released. Responders did not comment on which car the children were traveling in.

The driver from the same vehicle that the children were ejected from was also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was not taken to the hospital.
