Koffee Kup Bakery Recalls Products Due to Plastic Pieces

Koffee Kup Bakery is issuing a recall on approximately 99,000 packages of bread products due to the possibility that there could be pieces of plastic in the products.

About the Koffee Kup Bakery Product Recall

According to WPTZ, the recall is due to a small piece of clear plastic that entered the production process and broke apart, potentially entering the bread products. The clear plastic pieces could pose a choking hazard if consumed. Koffee Kup Bakery discovered the plastic pieces during a routine screening, according to a spokesperson.

Customers are advised to return the recalled products to the store where it was purchased for an exchange or refund.

No injuries have been reported to date related to the recalled products.
