Reason for Recall: Fall hazard due to faulty locking chair frame. The company has received 19 reports of incidents, four of which resulted in injuries.
Solution: Return to Bed Bath and Beyond for full refund or store credit
MorfBoard Skate and Scoot combo scooters from Jakks Pacific
Reason for Recall: “Y” handlebars have potential to break and create fall hazard. There have been 18 reported incidents with one resulting in injury to a child.
Solution: Buyers should not continue using the scooters and can call Jakks Pacific at 855-602-5464 to get a free replacement handlebar
Danish Tall Bookcases from Crate and Barrell
Reason for Recall: Fall injury hazard and possible entrapment. 16 reports of incidents have occurred.
Solution: Contact the company at 800-451-8217 for a full refund
Trace bookcases from CB2
Reason for Recall: Collapsing when full
Solution: Consumers are encouraged to not use the bookcases and reach out to 800-451-8217 for a free replacement or full refund
