Entry Method

No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway. All entries must be completed through https://bit.ly/TJHMagicalGiveaway all actions made through the contest must be valid in order to be considered. Participants must Agree to the terms and conditions of the giveaway.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on Friday June 9th, 2023 at 10:00AM CST, and will close Thursday August 31st, 2023 at 10:00 AM CST. Please note any entries made after 10:00AM on August 31st, 2023 will not be considered for the giveaway.

Prize

Prize: The grand prize of the giveaway as advertised is a five-night, six-day Disney trip for four. The grand prize includes Disney World hopper park passes, food accommodations at the parks, hotel accommodations, as well as round trip airfare for the winner and their guests to the designated airport closest to their Disney destination.

Prize Allocation: The prize for this giveaway is a total of $12,000 to be used towards food, hotel, airfare, and park passes during the Disney trip. The winner will be required to book travel through sponsors provided resources which include flight and hotel. The winner must carefully manage their budget to cover any additional expenses beyond the provided $12,000, such as flights, hotel costs exceeding the budgeted amount, and any purchases made outside of the designated prize items.

Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize options will be provided. The winner and their guests must comply with all terms and conditions set by the airline, hotel, and Disney parks. Any additional expenses or upgrades beyond the provided prize package will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

Winner Selection

The winner for the Disney Trip giveaway will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The selected winner will be contacted via one or more of the following methods: text message, phone call, or email. The winner may be required to provide additional information or documentation to verify their eligibility and claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within a specified time period, or fails to provide the requested information, or does not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the terms and conditions, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Publicity Release

Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner of the Disney trip giveaway agrees to participate in promotional activities for Thomas J Henry Law, including its affiliates and authorized agents, the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, videos, and any statements or testimonials provided by the winner, for promotional purposes related to the giveaway. The winner also agrees to post about their Disney trip experience on their personal social media accounts during the trip and tag Thomas J Henry Laws social media in their posts. As well as providing pictures / videos to the sponsor during the trip for the sponsor to post on social media. The winner may be requested to provide the social media handles or links to the posts for verification purposes.

Additional Promotional Purposes: By participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that Thomas J Henry Law may use their entry submissions, including any photos, videos, or other content shared by the entrants, for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, such as on the official website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms. Such use may include, but is not limited to, displaying, reproducing, adapting, modifying, publishing, and distributing the entries.

Privacy

To enter the giveaway, you may be required through Gleamio to provide personal information, such as name, email address, phone number, and any other requested details. This information may be collected through the entry form on our website or through other designated methods.

The personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize. We may also use the provided email address or phone number to send important updates or notifications regarding future giveaways.

The winner’s travel dates for the Disney trip are subject to blackout dates and holiday restrictions. The sponsor will work with the winner to select suitable travel dates, excluding these blackout dates and holidays. It is the responsibility of the winner to coordinate with the sponsor and ensure that their chosen travel dates fall within the eligible period.
