Thomas J. Henry Sues National Trucking Company Transwood Logisitics, Inc.
Thomas J. Henry, a national personal injury attorney, sued Transwood Logistics, Inc., a trucking company which operates a large fleet of trucks throughout the United States. Mr. Henry, on behalf of his client, Martin Perez, sued for $90,000,000 for injuries sustained during the accident. Mr. Perez suffered multiple injuries to his spinal cord, resulting in a cervical and lumbar surgery.
