Gregory S. Cotton

Mr. Gregory S. Cotton joined Thomas J. Henry in 2018 and currently works alongside the firm’s senior litigators.

Mr. Cotton holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of the Arts from Texas State University. During law school, Mr. Cotton interned for The Honorable Sam R. Cummings, Senior District Court Judge for the Northern District of Texas.

Outside of work, Mr. Cotton enjoys spending time with his son.

• In early 2018, a man sustained serious injuries in an oil rig explosion accident in Oklahoma. The man suffered severe burns, back and leg injuries, as well as PTSD following the tragic accident that claimed the lives of five of the man’s fellow co-workers. The client contacted Thomas J. Henry Law and was assigned to an experienced team of litigators, including Mr. Greg Cotton. Mr. Cotton played an active role in the case, taking several depositions and assisting with the vast discovery process that was required in the case. • In 2017, a group of three people involved in a serious accident on the highway with a commercial vehicle contacted Thomas J. Henry Law for representation.
