Costa Mesa Motorcycle Accident Victim Identified by Authorities

Details about the Fatal Motorcycle Accident
The OC Register is reporting that a 30-year-old man from Irvine who was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened on Wednesday has been identified. The man was involved in a collision with his motorcycle and an SUV near the intersection of Sunflower Avenue and Susan Street, which is in Costa Mesa, according to police.
Coroner’s officials have released the identity of the man as 30-year-old Sergey Zherebnenko, of Irvine.
Police have stated that the initially received the phone call reporting the accident at about 7:57 a.m., and a freelance photographer from the Orange County Register at the scene of the accident reported that the motorcycle that was involved in the collision, appeared to have been split in two.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to police.
