A pregnant woman was taken to the hospital Sunday morning after a vehicle crashed into Staples St. Meat Market on Corpus Christi’s South Side.
KRIS TV reports the crash occurred just before 10 am Sunday when an elderly driver at the property accidentally hit her vehicle’s accelerator instead of the break when attempting to park. The woman’s vehicle jumped the curb and drove into the building.
