Houston Pedestrian Struck and Killed on Loop 610
Authorities are investigating pedestrian accident in Houston that left one person dead on Loop 610.
Details about the Houston Pedestrian Accident
According to KRTK News Houston, a 55-year-old man was struck by a vehicle at around 6:30 a.m. Friday morning.
Police say an unidentified driver struck the man on 610 South Loop West near Stella Link causing a large backup as people made their morning commute.
Police say that after the man was hit, another woman in a silver SUV ran over him, but took a U-turn to return to the scene of the accident. According to officers, the woman who turned back around to return to the scene of the accident will not be charged.
