Parked Motorcyclists Struck and Killed in Euless, Texas
A motorcyclist is dead after being struck by several vehicles as he was parked on the side of the Airport Freeway 183 Express Lane in Euless, Texas.
About the Airport Freeway 183 Incident
According to Fort Worth Star Telegram, police determined that the unnamed victim was killed after being struck by several vehicles. It is unclear why the driver parked, but police have a witness reports from a truck driver who said a pickup truck first struck the victim.
According to the truck driver, he was traveling westbound when a pickup truck attempted to pass him. The pickup struck the motorcyclists as he moved around the 18-wheeler. The impact of the initial collision caused the victim to be flung into the nearby eastbound lanes where he was struck by other vehicles.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries or deaths have been reported, and the accident remains under investigation.
