San Antonio Food Maker Recalls Granola for Listeria Concerns

San Antonio-based Wildly LLC and Trader Joe’s have issued a recall for grain-free granola products due to potential Listeria contamination.

About the Wildly Granola Recall

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the recall affects several flavors, including Wildly’s apple cinnamon, banana, coconut cashew, and vanilla bean varieties and Trader Joe’s grainless granola.

Listeria contamination can result in serious and sometimes fatal infections, especially in young children, the frail or elderly, and those with weakened immune systems. Listeria can also cause miscarriage and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Consumers should dispose of any recalled product or return the recalled product to its place of purchase for a refund.
