Target Recalls Halloween LED Gel Clings due to Choking Hazard
About the Target Halloween Gel Cling Recall
According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the recall is due to the gel clings containing parts that could cause a choking hazard.
The gel clings can separate, revealing an inner decal and the button battery compartment. These components, if ingested, can cause a hazard for children.
Consumers should remove the recalled window gel clings from areas near children. They can return the products to any Target store for a refund.
