Teenager Dead, Four Injured in Grand Prairie Crash
A 17-year-old was killed and four people were injured in a single-car crash in Grand Prairie late Friday evening.
Details of the Fatal Grand Prairie Crash
The Dallas Morning News reports the crash occurred when the driver lost control of their car and collided with a guard rail on Interstate 20 near State Highway 161. All five occupants of the vehicle were transported to the hospital.
One passenger, Derrick Hall, 17, died from his injuries after arriving at the hospital. None of the other occupants are believed to have suffered life-threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation, and the identities of the others involved were not released.
