Two drivers were taken into custody early Friday morning following a two-vehicle collision in downtown San Antonio.
According to KSAT, the crash occurred around 3:00 a.m. at the intersection of Navarro Street and East Houston Street.
Police say the driver of a Toyota Corolla ran a red light and crashed into a Ford F-150. The Corolla then struck a signal light on the northwest corner of the intersection, knocking it down.
The driver of the Corolla was determined to be intoxicated and is charged with intoxication assault. The driver of the F-150 was also found to be intoxicated and is charged with DWI.
A 20-year-old male passenger in the F-150 suffered serious injuries and was transported to University Hospital.
