Thomas J. Henry Featured in Bloomberg Businessweek for “Clear Commitment to Client Satisfaction”

SAN ANONTIO, TX (January 14, 2019) – Texas personal injury attorney Thomas J. Henry was featured in Bloomberg Businessweek as the publication highlighted his firm’s “clear commitment to client satisfaction.”

In the feature, Thomas J. Henry recalled notable cases that had an impact on him as an attorney and a resident of South Texas. One such case involved a Texas woman who was catastrophically injured in a company vehicle accident in San Antonio, Texas.  Over the course of the case, Thomas J. Henry and his trial team discovered that the driver of the company vehicle was on his cell phone immediately before the collision and that he had a history of using his cell phone while driving.

Further, Thomas J. Henry’s team found that the company that employed the driver allowed executive employees to use their cell phones while driving, despite being aware of the dangers associated with distracted driving. By the end of the trial, Thomas J. Henry had secured a multi-million verdict on behalf of his client.

“The jury ruled in favor of my client, determining that the accident was caused by the employer’s lack of safety management as well as the driver’s failure to use caution,” said Thomas J. Henry.

The verdict was recognized as one of the Top 10 Texas Verdicts of 2017 by Top Verdict.

Thomas J.  Henry is quick to point out that results like this are not achieved through legal prowess alone. In order to achieve consistent success for your clients, an attorney must care about the people he is representing.

“If you work for me and caring about our clients isn’t your top priority, then this isn’t the place for you,” said Thomas J. Henry. “In the aftermath of a life- altering injury or the loss of a loved one, what people need more than anything else is compassion. Lives and relationships may be irrevocably changed; I want to be a part of helping them become as whole as possible”

Thomas J. Henry continued by pledging  “My promise to clients—my guarantee—is that we will do everything in our power to successfully resolve their case. I’m thankful to every person who chooses to allow Thomas J. Henry to tell their story.”
