For the past 18 years, Ms. Tanya M. Bachand has been dedicated to achieving optimal results for injured clients.

Ms. Bachand has served as first chair attorney in more than 80 jury trials and has successfully represented thousands of clients from both the plaintiff and defense perspective. Currently, Ms. Bachand is a Group Director with Thomas J. Henry managing 50 attorneys and more than 150 staff members in the pre-litigation and litigation departments in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Austin.

Ms. Bachand has also served as a CLE Lecturer, leading discussions on personal injury trials, rules of evidence, and the use of technology in the courtroom. Before her recent move to Texas, Ms. Bachand served as a member on her town’s Board of Health, was a board member and singer in her city chorus, and created the Wallingford 12 Months of Giving Campaign which hosted a Paint Night for Charity each month with proceeds being donated to 12 different local charities.

Outside of work, Ms. Bachand is Mom to a UTSA student, Chris (Go Roadrunners!), and she spends her spare time volunteering at Thomas J. Henry charity events and planning and building an intricate haunted maze in her backyard for Halloween. Ms. Bachand is also an ardent dog lover and owner of two giant Great Dane/St. Bernard mixes named Hugo and Sarah.
