A woman who was fatally injured in a crash in southwest Austin earlier this month has been identified as 21-year-old Camryn Adams.
According to KXAN, the crash occurred on July 11 around 8:11 pm along the 5100 block of West U.S. Highway 290 eastbound, near its intersection with MoPac Expressway.
Reports indicate Adams lost control of her vehicle before crashing into the center median. Adams was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after.
A second person at the scene refused medical treatment.
The accident remains under investigation, and police ask anyone with information on the crash to call the Highway Investigation Tip Line at (12) 974-8111.
