San Antonio Authorities Respond to a Critical Motorcycle Accident

A 48-year-old motorcyclists sustained critical injuries after losing control on a San Antonio highway. The cause of the west side Highway 90 incident is due to a dog carcass lying in the road.

About the San Antonio Motorcycle Accident

According to KSAT 12 News, the accident occurred around 3 am on November 19.

It is unclear how long the dog had been dead on the road, but vehicle reportedly drove over the same deceased animal prior to the motorcyclist. While parking to inspect the vehicle for any damage, the driver witnessed the biker losing control after hitting the dog.

The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and sustained critical head trauma. Emergency services had to quickly transport him to a nearby hospital.
