One Dead After Four-Vehicle Accident in South Austin
One person is dead and two others are injured following a four-vehicle crash in South Austin on Saturday morning.
About the Fatal South Austin Collision
According to KVUE, the crash happened around 2:30 am on West Ben White Boulevard near South First Street. 911 calls indicated at least one person was trapped in their vehicle.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and two others were taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center. One of the injured people was described as having potentially life-threatening injuries and the second had critical, life-threatening injuries.
It is unclear what led to the accident or whether charges will be pursued.
The accident remains under investigation.
