Courtney Dailey

Ms. Courtney Dailey, a Texas native who grew up in Lubbock Texas, is a distinguished attorney specializing in personal injury law. She completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in Commerce and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Ms. Dailey is a dedicated lawyer driven by her passion for assisting individuals in navigating complex legal challenges. With a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a personable approach, she is committed to delivering optimal outcomes for her clients.

After graduating law school, Ms. Dailey honed her expertise through various roles, including interning at the United States Attorney’s office and clerking for the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals. Additionally, she served as a public defender, specializing in criminal defense. She now works at Thomas J Henry law, where she uses her legal knowledge and experience to help personal injury clients recover fair compensation for their accidents, injuries, and damages.

Outside of work, Ms. Dailey cherishes quality time with her college sweetheart, now husband, and their beloved dog. She is also an avid reader and enjoys crocheting, sewing, and crafting in her free time.
