Dale Carroll

Mr. Dale Carroll is a seasoned legal professional who joined Thomas J. Henry after assisting clients in his own firm for over 20 years. During that time, he has represented hundreds of individuals involved in a wide range of legal cases.  He is intimately familiar with the details of successful case management in civil litigation, including personal injury, employment law, business disputes, commercial collections, bankruptcy and family law and has represented numerous plaintiffs and defendants, both individual and corporate.

While in law school, Mr. Carroll worked for Richard Alderman in his “Know Your Rights!” and “People’s Law School” programs which served to educate the public on every-day legal issues affecting their daily lives.
