Jason M. Casey

Raised in rural Central Texas, Mr. Casey spent considerable time tending to cows, goats, and emus. Along with attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, Mr. Casey’s rural upbringing taught him a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors.

Mr. Casey left his hometown after high school to attend Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. During his first semester, the 9/11 terrorist attack took place. In response, Mr. Casey enlisted in the military. True to a mantra of Duty, Honor, Country, Mr. Casey joined the Army’s 82^nd Airborne Division as an Airborne Medic. He subsequently participated in the initial invasion of Iraq and deployed for a second tour during Iraq’s first elections.

Following his graduation from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, and prior to joining Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Casey served as an Associate Attorney in a Family Law firm where he drafted numerous motions, agreements, petitions, and discovery requests and has provided extensive legal counsel for clients. Mr. Casey dedicates himself personally to each client and is passionate about his work.

Beyond his work as an attorney, Mr. Casey has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America. He also participated in charity drives for the Veterans Law Students Association during law school.
