Jay Poynter

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law (JD) and Howard University (BA, English), Mr. Jay Poynter is a lawyer dedicated to serving his community and inspiring others.

Prior to pursuing his legal career, Mr. Poynter honed his analytical skills and client interaction expertise as a tax associate at a prominent global consulting firm. He also worked as a freelancer in which he handled personal injury cases from intake to settlement. These valuable experiences proved to be the foundation for his meticulous approach to case management and client interaction.

Presently, Mr. Poynter works at Thomas J Henry law where he fights for his clients rights  helping those who’ve been injured in Automobile Accidents, Company Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability, Trucking Accidents, and  Wrongful Death cases.
