Mr. Pat B. Fossett joined Thomas J. Henry’s Mass Tort team in 2019, bringing with him more than 20 years of legal experience.

Mr. Fossett’s prides himself on his ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with his clients and, in turn, help them achieve favorable outcomes in their cases. He believes in using plain English when speaking with clients, breaking down exactly what the law requires for them to succeed in their case and what actions are required to accomplish that success. He then takes to the to evaluate the likelihood of a case achieving the client’s desired outcomes given the facts and circumstances of their case and works diligently to achieve the best end result from intake, to court, and to completion.

Mr. Fossett is approved to practice by the State Bar of Texas as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Beyond his work as an attorney, Mr. Fossett enjoys kayak fishing for trout and redfish and finds purpose in spiritual commitment to the community by serving as a prayer partner and facilitating Sunday school classes in a growing church.
