Randall Meredith

Mr. Randall Meredith has over thirty years of practicing law in the State of Texas.

Over his career, Mr. Meredith has demonstrated exceptional skill in handling personal injury matters, at all stages in the process. He has tried over 20 cases to verdict as lead counsel, and has successfully negotiated the resolution of many other matters before trial.

During his second and third years in law school, Mr. Meredith clerked for the State Bar of Texas Office of General Counsel in San Antonio. Mr. Meredith’s career as a licensed attorney began in 1992, when he was first hired by a prominent personal injury law firm in Corpus Christi, Texas. After practicing personal injury law for several years representing injured clients, he went into government practice, first as an assistant Nueces County attorney, and then as the staff attorney and coordinator of legal services for the Corpus Christi Independent School District. Mr. Meredith then moved to a prestigious civil litigation defense firm, where he assisted in the handling of commercial, employment, and media litigation, both at the trial and appellate level. He then returned to the practice of representing people injured through the negligence of others, which he has solely focused on since that time.

Mr. Meredith is dedicated to helping his clients through the difficult process of their legal claims arising from being injured in car wrecks, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, on-the-job injuries, animal attacks, and premises liability cases. He sincerely cares about each and every client, and strives to obtain the best possible outcome for all of the people he represents.
