Mustang Ridge Crash Investigation Ongoing: One Dead, Two Hospitalized
According to CBS Austin, a single-vehicle rollover collision near Mustang Ridge on Friday, December 22nd, 2023, has tragically resulted in one fatality and two injuries. Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene shortly after 1 pm on the southbound State Highway 130 service road.
Details of the Incident:
- One adult lost their life at the scene.
- A second adult sustained critical life-threatening injuries and was transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
- A third adult received potentially serious injuries and was also transported to St. David’s South.
- The crash caused extended closures for investigation, prompting drivers to avoid the area until further notice. The road has since reopened.
