According to Fox 7, a tragic accident on West Ben White Boulevard early Monday morning claimed one life and left two others injured. According to reports, a driver traveling the wrong way collided with another vehicle, resulting in the fatality.

Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly after midnight and transported two individuals to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with potentially serious, non-life-threatening injuries. The westbound lanes of the highway near South 1st Street were closed for several hours while authorities investigated the cause of the crash.
