San Antonio Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Accident
A motorcyclist was injured and sent to the hospital after a collision with a vehicle over the weekend in San Antonio.
Details about the Motorcycle Accident
The accident happened just after 9:30 p.m. on Loop 1604 west and Wiseman Boulevard near Northwest Vista College on the far west side of San Antonio.
According to San Antonio police, a car was making a right-hand turn onto Loop 1604 when the motorcyclist crashed into the back of the vehicle after seeing the vehicle too late. Investigators who are working the accident have said that the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and that he hit his head on the road.
Emergency first responders rushed the man to University Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
At this time, the condition of the motorcyclist is unknown. There were no other reported injuries in the accident.
