Jaclyn M. Ponish

Ms. Jaclyn M. Ponish is a personal injury attorney with years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters. She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California.

Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys, Ms. Ponish worked as a medical malpractice, auto accident, and sexual assault attorney at a New York personal injury firm. She has a particular focus on nursing home negligence, pressure injury, and wrongful death cases. As a sexual assault attorney, Ms. Ponish represented sexual assault survivors against such defendants as Lawrence Nassar, Michigan State University (MSU), United States of America Gymnastics (USAG), and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).
