Claire E. Partin
Ms. Claire E. Partin joined Thomas J. Henry’s San Antonio office in 2016.
Ms. Partin earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at St. Mary’s University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University. As a student attorney with the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice, Ms. Partin managed complex family law cases. She also provided legal aid to residents and clients at Haven for Hope in San Antonio while working with St. Mary’s Civil Justice Clinic. While working as a research assisting at St. Mary’s School of Law, Ms. Partin authored a section of a published law review article regarding higher education and discrimination in Texas.
As a law clerk with the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund, Ms. Partin assisted in litigation involving congressional redistricting, school finance reform, and equal protection claims. She has also participated in over 300 administrative law hearings as lead attorney. As an associate attorney with Thomas J. Henry, Ms. Partin currently applies her expertise to the representation of clients injured in auto accidents, drunk driving accidents, and premises liability accidents.
Ms. Partin is happily married and, when not in the office, enjoys spending time with her two dogs. She is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoys attending music festivals, and has a passion for board games and competitive sports.
