Mr. Ed Brown is an associate attorney at Thomas J. Henry.
Mr. Brown completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at St. Mary’s University School of Law and also hold a Bachelor of the Arts from University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. While earning his M.B.A., Mr. Brown interned with a Fortune 500 company, and during law school he earned the St. Mary’s Pro Bono Service Award.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Brown represented clients in Probate & Estate Planning, Oil and Gas Law, and Real Property Law. He has drafted numerous transactional instruments and Estate plans, prepared oil and gas title opinions, and represented parties in real estate litigation including hearings and mediations. He has also appeared at Worker’s Compensation Benefit Review Conferences to argue and preserve issues in dispute for the hearing phase and to negotiate and finalize settlement agreements, and he has handled hundreds of Social Security cases, conducting multiple hearings per day with frequent travel
As an attorney at Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Brown now focuses his practice on the representation of clients injured in automobile accidents, company vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, workplace accidents, and premises liability accidents. In his spare time, Mr. Brown enjoys watching sports and playing recreational basketball and softball.
