Ms. Nicole McQuiston is a member of Thomas J. Henry’s commercial case development team and represents injured clients involved in auto accidents, company vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability claims.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Ms. McQuiston wanted to be an attorney from a young age and took measured steps to bring her dream to fruition. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and completed the Honors and Baylor Interdisciplinary Core programs. She attended law school at the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia and practiced law in Atlanta for a year before returning home to Texas. While in law school, Ms. McQuiston was a third-year apprentice with the Bibb County District Attorney’s Office and honed her advocacy skills by appearing on behalf of the state in grand jury indictment hearings, bond hearings, contested probation hearings, voir dire jury selections, and in negotiating guilty plea agreements.
Prior to working for Thomas J. Henry, Ms. McQuiston practiced insurance defense litigation for large insurance carriers where she gained industry insights that she now uses for the benefit of her clients. Ms. McQuiston works tirelessly for her clients and is dedicated to providing those who are injured with the most vigorous representation possible.
Ms. McQuiston loves the outdoors and spends her free time hiking with her two rescue dogs, fishing, and playing tennis. She also enjoys spending time and traveling with her family.
