Genesis Foster

Ms. Genesis Foster was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of South Alabama. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Ms. Foster relocated to Texas where she attended Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Ms. Foster graduated law school with the highest honor, graduating with summa cum laude honors.

While attending law school, Ms. Foster was a member of the Mock Trial Competition team and competed in a host of mock trial competitions. In addition to being a member of the mock trial team, Ms. Foster served as a student tutor for Thurgood Marshall School of Law’s Criminal Procedure and Trial Simulation course.

As a law student, Ms. Foster also served as an extern for the Honorable Vanessa Gilmore, in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas and law clerk for several Texas-based firms.

Beyond her work as an attorney, Ms. Foster enjoys watching SEC football, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and online shopping.
