Profile Summary
Ms. Sandee Bell, formerly practicing as Ms. Sandee Hart, is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients who have been injured as a result of auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle collisions, and medical malpractice.
Ms. Bell was born in Atlanta and grew up in Toccoa, Georgia. She completed her undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University, where she was a scholarship athlete with the women’s basketball team, and obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1996. After passing the Texas bar, Ms. Bell immediately began her career as a plaintiff’s attorney. She chose to become a plaintiff’s attorney to pursue large corporations and insurance companies on behalf of the “little guy.”
Having previously worked for Thomas J. Henry at the Corpus Christi location from 2015-2017, Ms. Bell returned to the firm after relocating from Lake Charles, Louisiana to the hill country. During her career, Ms. Bell was principal and owner of Hart Law, in Orange, Texas, and a partner of Dies, Hart, and Parkhurst, LLC, where she successfully represented hundreds of individuals as plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Ms. Bell has been invited to join both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Ms. Bell has an extensive history of securing large settlements and substantial verdicts for Texas plaintiffs. In 2007, Ms. Bell and two partners tried a case, Smith v. Del Lago Partners, which resulted in a seven-figure verdict in Montgomery County. Subsequently, she authored all of the appellate briefs which led to the Texas Supreme Court upholding the jury’s findings in 2010.
Beyond work, Ms. Bell is happily married to a decorated military veteran, Ulysses Bell, Jr., who served as an Army Ranger in Iraq, Panama, Afghanistan, Haiti, and Somalia as well as a first responder to the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.
