Mr. Scott Brooks is a native Houstonian and a proud personal injury lawyer with a focus on product liability and pharmaceutical litigation.

Mr. Brooks received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and graduated from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School for Law with honors. While in law school, Mr. Brooks clerked at various personal injury firms and served as the 3L Class President.

Joining Thomas J. Henry in 2017, Mr. Brooks currently represents clients involved in auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, and premises liability accidents. Outside of work, Mr. Brooks is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his friends.
