Ekhlaas A. Khandekar

Mr. Ekhlaas A. Khandekar was born in Memphis, Tennessee and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi College. During law school, Mr. Khandekar worked as a legal intern with the Mississippi Department of Mental Health.

Mr. Khandekar wanted to become an attorney from a young age with the goal of following in his grandfather’s footsteps. As he got older, he learned that a successful attorney must be skilled in communication and negotiation and must confront conflict rather than shy away from it. As James Baldwin said, “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

Joining Thomas J. Henry Law in 2021, Mr. Khandekar currently represents clients involved in personal injury matters, including car accident lawyers, company vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability accidents.
