Mark F. Penaskovic

Mr. Mark F. Penaskovic is an experienced attorney representing injured clients with Thomas J. Henry Law.

Mr. Penaskovic earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Alabama School of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montevallo. Ove the course of his extensive career, Mr. Penaskovic has practiced law from both side of the docket, giving him unique insight into the strategies and techniques often deployed by defense attorneys and insurers.

For nearly 20 years, Mr. Penaskovic represented clients from different practices and firms across Alabama. He has handled claims from intake to resolution, conducting legal research, depositions, and negotiations, taking witnesses testimony, working with expert witnesses, and presenting his clients’ cases in the courtroom.

His outstanding skills in communication and case management have demonstrated his professionalism and superior knowledge of litigation. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of civil litigation before multiple regulatory entities, including transportation claims, medical malpractice claims, insurance disputes, employment law, healthcare matters, breach of contract, slip and fall cases, worker’s compensation claims, mass tort claims, commercial disputes, and product liability claims.

Mr. Penaskovic’s accomplishments include the ownership of a law firm in Alabama where he obtained favorable settlements using mediation, in-formal negotiation, and arbitration. He also uncovered employee fraud for clients through investigating, interviewing witnesses, reviewing documents, and auditing financial records.

Joining Thomas J. Henry Law in 2020, Mr. Penaskovic now focuses his practice on the representation of clients involved in personal injury matters, including automobile accident, company vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, truck accidents, workplace accidents, and wrongful death claims. As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Penaskovic utilizes his superior legal research, legal writing, and advocacy skills to obtain favorable results for his clients. He is committed to his clients’ recovery in the courtroom as well as their physical and emotional recovery following a catastrophic accident.
