Bianca Robles

Ms. Bianca Robles received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law and also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Film from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Ms. Robles pursued trial advocacy throughout law school. She competed in the Kastl Mock Trial Competition and the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, and she was a member of both the Women in Law Student Association and the Hispanic Law Students Association. She also served as a legal intern with the Texas Advocacy Project, a nonprofit serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, where she conducted legal research to support advocacy and policy initiatives, prepared family law documents for attorneys handling client matters, and helped produce instructional videos for public legal education.

Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Robles served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victims Unit, Domestic Violence Bureau of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. She managed a caseload of more than forty criminal matters, developing an investigative strategy for each one, interviewing complainants and material witnesses, and identifying, obtaining, and analyzing records and evidence. Ms. Robles staffed the domestic violence court part and provided status updates to the court, and she litigated evidentiary and procedural matters in misdemeanor cases, preparing and responding to motions.

Ms. Robles also brings a decade of client-facing professional experience earned before and during law school. She spent several years as an account manager for a national policy news and intelligence company, managing a portfolio of more than 165 clients and working directly with executives and their government and regulatory affairs teams, and she previously served as a senior client success consultant for a technology company, guiding clients from onboarding through adoption. Earlier in her career, she managed corporate events for a global experience marketing agency.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Robles has focused her practice on the representation of clients injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. Her prosecutorial background and her experience advocating for survivors inform the way she prepares a case and communicates with the clients she represents.
