James Patrick

Mr. James Patrick earned his Juris Doctor at Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he served as an Honor Court Justice and as Vice President of the Veterans Law Student Association. He also served as Treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, managing the organization’s finances to bring meaningful activities and learning opportunities to the student body. He holds a Bachelor of Science in organizational management from Wilmington University in Delaware.

Mr. Patrick built his professional foundation through service with the United States Air Force, where he developed the self-discipline and professionalism that continue to define his approach to his work. As a civilian he gained extensive exposure to corporate law through contract management, negotiation, and dispute resolution, and served as a Customer Advocate championing the customer’s side of disputes with corporate entities. That focus on fair dealing inspired him to pursue a legal career. Since becoming licensed to practice in Texas, he has engaged in global litigation in support of federal administrative programs, where he developed a disciplined approach to managing every stage of the litigation process.

As an attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Patrick represents clients involved in car accidents, truck accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and premises liability accidents. He brings a passion for justice, tenacious resolve, and a personal commitment to seeking justice for those who have been injured and are in need of representation.
